All plans are copyright. All prices are GST inclusive. Prices are based on brick veneer construction. Certain elevations may not exactly match the particular floor plan advertised on our website and as such images are for illustration purposes and to be used as a guide only E&OE.

Display homes may contain items that are optional upgrades and these are an additional cost. Any prices on our website does not include landscaping and fencing unless otherwise specified.

All information on the Oakford Homes website is provided as a convenience to you. We recommend that prospective purchasers inspect homes and, together with their advisers, make their own enquiries with relevant authorities prior to purchase.

All information displayed on the website is current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and is subject to availability.

Floor plans, elevations, images, and illustrations are provided for general information and illustrative purposes only and are intended as a guide. While Oakford Homes takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information published on this website and third-party real estate websites, errors and omissions may occur. Room dimensions and specifications are approximate and may vary from final construction drawings and completed works.

All house and land packages are subject to final council, developer, and statutory approvals. Land availability is subject to change. Where land referred to in a package is not owned by Oakford Homes, no representation or warranty is made regarding the suitability of the land for building or any other purpose. You should make your own enquiries and seek independent professional advice to determine land suitability.

Land developer terms and conditions apply. Details of the relevant registered land agent (RLA) are provided with each applicable package.

Oakford Homes reserves the right to amend prices, specifications, designs, or information on this website at any time. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Oakford Homes 25 year Structural Guarantee

Oakford Homes is a proud South Australian owned and operated building company, whom prides itself on the high quality and structural integrity of its work. Our 25 year Structural Guarantee underpins our “Statement of Quality” brand promise.

For that period of ownership by the original owner (up to a maximum of 25 years from the date of handover) we agree to rectify at our cost the structural failure of the footings, concrete and/or strip footing, structural timbers and steel in wall or roof framing, and load bearing brickwork, should such structural failure be caused by our breach of the contract with you.

You have peace of mind knowing that your home is structurally sound for 25 years of your ownership.

To make a claim under the guarantee, please outline your request in writing and send it to us via post or email customerservice@oakfordhomes.com.au, within 25 years after the date of handover.

Referral Program

These Terms and Conditions refer to the Oakford Homes Referral Program, and participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Oakford Homes agrees to pay the sum of $500 inc GST to the nominated person or persons (“the referrer” identified by the reference number written on the back of the referral card) who refers a friend or family member (“the referee”) to Oakford Homes. The payment of the $500 inc GST is conditional upon ”the referee” entering into a Building Contract with Oakford Homes and will be paid to “the referrer” by cheque within 14 days of the first progress claim being paid by “the referee”.

By taking part, you agree:

• to send referral emails only for people that you know;
• not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming.

‍To register for this offer, the referral card must be presented to Oakford Homes or its nominated representative at the time of or prior to “the referee” entering into a Building Contract with Oakford Homes.

The Referral Program runs at the discretion of Oakford Homes. Oakford Homes reserves the right to alter or withdraw the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Information is correct at the time of publishing. No credit or discount to be provided in lieu. Available for new contracts only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
